Effective August 3, 2009, the ATI Executive Sponsors for SJSU have worked with the ADA Compliance Office and the Procurement Office to reorganize the VPAT process. In order to affect a seamless purchasing process, evaluations and reviews of Electronic & Information Technology (E&IT) purchases will be conducted by the Section 508 Compliance Specialist reporting to the Vice President for Information Technology and University CIO.
